12-Week Transformation Program
A comprehensive program (12-week contract) combining fitness training, nutrition, and wellness coaching to achieve a total lifestyle transformation.

Body and Mind Wellness Program
Combines fitness training with mindfulness and emotional well-being coaching to create a balanced approach to health. How the sessions go: A twice-weekly fitness session combined with mindfulness and meditation sessions to reduce stress and improve physical and emotional health.
Please Book 2x/week for as long as you want. Please book your session on this booking page at your discretion or contact TruFit to get appointments booked for a contract Program.
